Move-out cleaning is a thorough clean after the home has been emptied of furniture. All surfaces are vacuumed and wiped, including hard-to-reach areas. Standard window cleaning* is included inside and out. We bring all supplies and equipment — you do not need to provide anything.
Mullions or four-sided windows may cost extra. Glazed verandas/balconies are quoted separately.

What you need to do before move-out cleaning

  • Remove all furniture (the home must be completely empty)
  • Defrost the freezer
  • Remove the oven door glass panel
  • Pull out fridge, freezer, dishwasher and stove if cleaning behind is required
  • Remove grilles above/below fridge/freezer
  • Remove bathtub front panel
  • If other spaces (e.g. storage) should be cleaned, provide access/key.

After move-out cleaning you need to:

  • Push appliances back into place
  • Reattach oven door glass
  • Reattach grilles above/below fridge/freezer
  • Reattach bathtub front panel
