What is included?
Move-out cleaning is a thorough clean after the home has been emptied of furniture. All surfaces are vacuumed and wiped, including hard-to-reach areas. Standard window cleaning* is included inside and out. We bring all supplies and equipment — you do not need to provide anything.
Mullions or four-sided windows may cost extra. Glazed verandas/balconies are quoted separately.

To do the best job possible, please prepare as follows:

  • Move furniture, take down curtains, clear window sills.
  • Window locks? Leave the key out!
  • Any damage (scratches, cracks, broken locks, blinds)? Tell us before we start — damaged/cracked windows are not cleaned.
  • Let us know if you have a glazed balcony or patio you want cleaned too.
